Maintenance Needed
We are looking for an serious applicants experienced Turn Key Technician in the apartment industry for a full time position. Impeccable customer service professional appearance and attention to detail a must. Pool certification a plus. Tech will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and or Resident Manager. Technician will share an on call rotation schedule. Technician is responsible for performing safely various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market ready status. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.
