We are offiering our spare room for rent for 600 per month and includes everything.It s located on the corner of Princess Ann Road and Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach.the room measures approx. 10 x9 . In addition it has a standard size closet.We are able to offer some additional storage in he garage attic as well.We have a 1 full bath as well as a 1 2 bath down stairs. This is a 2 story home that is approx 1300 square feet with a single car garage attached. My wife and I live in it. 2 days a week my son will stay at the house (he has his own room). We have no pets in the house. There is a fenced in backyard and a storage shed with some space available too. Lawn cared will be provided. House is fully furnished and you would have access to everything. Additionally we have a second full size fridge that will be for you. We have dishwasher garbage disposal electric stove microwave and tons of cooking equipment (I love to cook -))Full size washer and dryer we also provide. My wife and I are hardly home and are looking for a low key laid back person who is clean respectful and responsible. You are able to move in immediately. Room is ready We can provide you a fully furnished bedroom with dresser and queen size bed or it can be completely empty for you to bring your own furniture.Rent includes all utilities (water electric trash etc). Wireless internet is provided throughout the house. We require a background check with a third party service this costs 50. In addition we require a security deposit of 600 which is refunded unpon leaving the property and everything is left clean. We are flexible on breaking ups the security deposits into 2 payments or the course of 2 months if nesscary. Feel free to ask questions and or setup a time to look at the place and meet with us.
