School is located in Cedar Rapids Length of School 15-18 days at private school followed by company orientation and training. Cost of School No cost if driver completes eight month contract. If driver fails to complete cost is 3900 driver will have to pay in full or company will not verify employment if not paid. No credit check or co-signor needed. Travel Lodging Total Money Needed by the Driver Approx 75-125 for food and personal items for three plus weeks ( 300 total) Orientation three day orientation is scheduled immediately following graduation from school. Company pays for travel and lodging. Driver is hired following successful completion of orientation and assigned a trainer. Company Training 28 days with a lead driver (average .28 mile with trainer) After Training Driver is assigned a team partner to start the normal home time rotation.
