My client is a well-established Consulting Company located in Toronto ON. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist - (Web Design SEO). This is a 12 month Contract with a strong possibility of an extension. Position Concept The Digital Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for the launch and ongoing support of Client s eCommerce platform. The individual will also support initiatives relating to online demand generation programs (Social Media Email Paid Search). The role will be dynamic and offer opportunities for growth. Major Responsibilities Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager will support the launch of SXC primarily through building out product pages. Will predominantly leverage existing templates to layout pages write copy source translations and graphics and add tracking. Ongoing Quality Control Quality Assurance to ensure an optimal user experience. To provide back-end reporting as required. Assist with the development of email campaigns to increase conversions and drive sales on SXC. Coordination with internal stakeholders (Digital Marketing Manager Office Business Group Channel Partners Group Brand Manager) to ensure the timely delivery and launch of content on site. Work with in-house design team to develop banner graphics to support product promotions. Work with Office Business Group and Channel Partners Group to ensure product prices on site are evergreen and reflect current promotions. Ensure work moves to appropriate stakeholders on time and with accurate details. Essential Knowledge 3-5 years marketing experience preferably in digital. Proficient with HTML and CSS (Email & Web Design) and the ability to learn software and in-house tools quickly. Strong knowledge of best practices for developing email creative and templates. Design focused with experience in frontend development (Provide Portfolio Sample). Excellent written and communication skills. SEO Copywriting is an asset. Hardworking Able to multi-task and stay organized. Strong attention to detail. Thrives in a team environment. Successful Experience Knowledge of marketing branding principles. Knowledge of creative development. BA BS Degree or equivalent. Technical Skills Google Analytics. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient in HTML and CSS.
