House share Room for rent

I have a 1 room for rent in a quiet neighborhood very close to all highways. The room is unfurnished and has wireless internet I am looking for a working professional single occupant to share a nice home with a very laid back atmosphere. I am quite and work from 7am till 6pm. There is smoking allowed outside or in the breezeway and there is a large well kept private backyard. The house will have 3 occupants and I will vet any new occupants with whom ever is sharing the house. We keep the house quite after 10-11 pm as we work monday through Friday regular hours. Occasional overnight guest are allowed but try and keep that to a minimum. We also do our best to keep the house clean and conserve energy .
