NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Borough of State College will receive and open sealed bids in the office of the Borough Manager on July 14 2015 at 11 00 a.m. for the following item(s) PROJECT 2-2015 Street & Alley Resurfacing The project consists of approx 15 150 SY of profile milling and asphalt resurfacing 360 SY of street restoration for sanitary sewer repairs 160 SY of restoration of driveway aprons and incidental manhole adjustments on various streets in the Borough. Specifications and proposal forms for the above mentioned item(s) may be obtained at the office of the Borough Engineer. There is a 30 deposit fee for the forms. Deposit fee refundable provided the bidder(s) and non-bidder(s) submits all forms (clean and intact) including plans no later than the date and time of bid opening. Contractors may obtain bid packets from the Borough electronically by calling (814) 234--X....
