Room with Private Bath in Townhome

My partner and I are looking for a third person to move into our 3 bedroom townhouse. I (a woman) am much more comfortable with the idea of living with another woman due to bad past experiences. Both of us are respectful of space and fairly quiet individuals. I am 23 and he is 25. If interested you MUST be LGBTQIA friendly. We are looking for someone who is quiet mature and respectful. The setting is ideal for a young professional or grad student. We are drug and smoke free and expect the same. The room has it s own bath and is 450 a month plus 1 3 of the utilities. There is also a deck connected to the room that overlooks a wooded back area. House is equipped with washer and dryer and wifi is part of the monthly utility payment. Rental comes with parking spot off-street as well. We are about 2 miles from UNC and within a five minute walk of the F and D bus stop. We are also a 15 minute walk from Harris Teeter as well as several coffee shops and restaurants and an easy bus ride to Trader Joe s or Whole Foods. The common areas are already furnished as we have been living in the home for several years already. We already have two cats and are considering expanding our pet family so any prospective tenants would have to be pet free. We are looking for a longer term tenant but would like to do a month to month lease in the beginning to make sure anyone who moves in is a good fit. The room is available August 3rd.
