Boat launch 50 yards from front step. Very good bass brim and catfish fishing. You can even go to lake maurepas which is 2 1 2 miles from the camp and catch redfish. We recently replaced the screen on the porch. It does come with a porch swing viewing the river. We just put crushed concrete pad for 2 car parking.
