Poss. a standard bedroom as well if needed for 50 to 100 a month up to two children A very small area in the basement for fully enclosed storage containers no more than a 2 w x 8L x 6 h Use of Kitchen (Must frovide ALL own food) Use of Master bathroom with double bowl sink tub and shower (MUST have own toiletries). Private locked entrance from Master Bedroom.You MUST clean up after yourself IMMEDIATELY NO EXCEPTIONS Utilites included (WiFi 15 a month) Shared weekly dusting alternating vacuuming expected. Must clean up after yourself in your space Unless i know you personally then YOU MUST PROVIDE A CURRENT FULL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK NO EXCEPTIONS MUST have full month rent prior to move in to hold your interest in the space. AND 1 2 of the 400 security by move in date and other half by 2nd months rent due date Reciepts provided.
