They will also be responsible for developing maintaining long lasting customer relationships. Responsible for day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up receipt of creative or tags trafficking troubleshooting QA and campaign optimization. Understand customer goals and key performance metrics and utilize Rocket Fuel s resources and analytical tools to exceed those goals throughout the campaign. Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success high customer satisfaction and renewal. Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing. Adhere to established processes and workflows as it relates to campaign set-up and pixel placement strategy creative execution (including dynamic creative) ad trafficking campaign management and any troubleshooting necessary with pixels creative assets and campaign reporting. Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed. Ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels operational excellence and strategic insight. Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow. Who you are Quick learner who loves to pick up new tools software for reporting & analysis. Organized detail oriented and highly focused. A people person -- Comfortable with collaboration and can build relationships with both internal teams and external clients Have a high degree of creativity self-motivation and drive. Solid client facing experience -- Able to tailor communication to both internal and external teams. Creative problem solver self-motivated and driven. Ability to adjust to a changing work environment and remain cool under pressure. What you need Familiarity with commercial ad serving platforms such as Doubleclick DART. Atlas etc. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with PowerPoint. Experience with Excel Pivot tables. Excellent diagnostic skills. Technical acumen to understand how to design campaigns that optimize the use of our tech platform. Superior time management and multi-tasking skills. Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Agency experience is a plus. Bonus if you have RTB Programmatic buying experience. Familiarity with ad servers rich media vendors web debugging tools (Firebug HTTPFox Fiddler etc.) Exposure to online ad serving concepts (CPM CPA RTB ROI) video mobile social. Familiarity of how web sites and online ads work HTML JS SQL. Experience with VBA Excel Macros SQL SAS or other data manipulation tool.
