This is a one of a kind classic motorhome. It is extremely rare there are only 200 ever made and there are fewer on the road. This bus was converted into a motorhome by a master cabinet maker. The interior is mostly birdseye maple and black walnut and it is truly beautiful. There is virtually no veneer in the wood work and it is a work of art. The bus is powered by a 350 hp Detriot Turbo Diesel 6V-92 with less than 35 K on the engine (since new not rebuilt) and a 4 speed Allison automatic transmission with less than 200 miles on it. It also has power steering. The bus has Dupont imiron paint and it still retains all of the classic lines and trim that it came from the factory with. It is a blast to drive and cruises comfortably at 70 miles an hour. The generator is a 10 kw Yanmar diesel generator roof and basement air and electric heat. All of the glass and stainless steel panels were replaced with new at the time of the build. There is a crack in the right front windshield. The bus has Alcoa aluminum rims. The tires are new. All of the batteries are new. It has a new 24 inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player. We have done further work to the bus since we have purchased it and have totally redone the rear suspension. We ourselves are into the classic car world and have enjoyed taking this classic to events where it gets as much attention as the cars do. You could easily pull a car trailer behind this bus.
