Compass Residential and Consulting LLC is accepting resumes for our Evansville office based Program Director position. Compass provides residential service to individulas living in thier own home. The Program Director position manages staff and day to day functions of the Evansville office. This position will also conduct interviews and training for new new and current employees also attend meeting. Attached below in a job description of the position. Reports To Director of Community Services Classification Exempt Description Program Directors are responsible for coordination and oversight of all aspects of programming for individuals in keeping with Compass vision mission and core values and ensuring quality service provision to individuals and supervision of House Managers Service Coordinators Lead Staff and Direct Support Professionals. Program Directors are responsible for assisting with the implementation of procedures to regulate an individual s home and services and the program as a whole. Program Directors work within a specific program area in either the Family Supports Program or Supported Living Program. Consistency and dependability are general qualifications for this job. Provide direct oversight and supervision of subordinates. Ensure individual s home and programs are in compliance with all rules and regulations as indicated in 460 IAC 6 the individual s ISP and all Compass policies and procedures. Ensure that required documentation is kept up to date and accurate for all service sites including but not limited to House Manager reports Program Director reports daily support records ISP data tracking MAR monthly budgets meaningful day and activity calendars complete site visits and documentation etc. Create modify and distribute as needed individual profiles emergency contacts and plans emergency drill procedures risk protocols and tracking sheets individual goals objectives service agreements and house information. Communicate with case managers and other support team members as needed to ensure service provision is consistent with individual ISPs and provide conflict resolution as needed. Conduct internal incident review and incident reporting per DDRS and Compass guidelines. Provide on-call support as assigned after regular business hours and on weekends. Attend quarterly and annual support team meetings. Document IST meeting notes and meeting checklist. Demonstrate maintain professional internal and external relationships cooperation and partnership with all Compass employees managers and individuals. Ensure completion of individualized training for House Managers Lead Staff and Service Coordinators. Conduct timely and accurate evaluations and disciplinary actions Minimum Qualifications Knowledge Current CPR Certification First Aid Certification High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D A bachelor degree in a human services field is preferred At least one year full-time direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities At least one year supervisory experience Skills & Abilities Ability to follow detailed plans accurately including both oral and written instructions Ability to apply sound mature decisions Ability to communicate adequately in order to complete required forms and reports Ability to provide training and oversight to Program Managers to ensure effective implementation of the individual s ISP Ability to bend stoop sit stand reach and lift items weighing at least 75 pounds Additional Requirements At least 18 years of age Willingness to work diverse schedule hours and days based client need Valid driver s license current liability insurance and dependable vehicle Current negative TB (Tuberculin test) Acceptable criminal (State and County) history background checks Relationships This position works under the supervision of the Director of Community Services and supervises House Managers Lead Staff and Service Coordinators for specific program areas. This position also has direct contact with individuals receiving services their families case managers other service providers and community partners.
