Purpose The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist in working first hand with mining sourcing screening interviewing and references of candidates. This person will also work on various methods of business development. Key Responsibilities Identify best practices to enhance staffing productivity and recruiting quality Attract the highest quality of candidate Source for candidates with a myriad of disciplines and experiences through referrals networking targeted recruiting internet mining and various other means Administer day to day operations in order to meet required service levels Balance recruiter workload in order to effectively meet hiring volume needs Development of new business relationships will be conducted through the modification of the company website and meeting prospective clients face-to-face The job will also entail creating a formal policy manual based on the company s current policies and practices There will be opportunity to work with external not-for-profit organizations to develop relationships and network with clients Education and Experience Pursuing a College Diploma Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Ability to thrive in a fast paced multi-tasking work environment Exceptional Interpersonal Skills Outgoing Detail Oriented & forward thinking individual Excellent written and verbal communication skills Efficient time management skills with the ability to balance numerous tasks and meet strict deadlines Strong computer skills including experience using MS Office products Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset Flexible Work Hours Work Location Markham (Leslie and Highway 7) Downtown King with Bathurst Compensation (An hourly compensation is available based on experience) To apply please e-mail your resume to internalstaff(at)teamrecuiter.com Subject heading Co-op Placement
