My client is well-established major bank situated in Toronto ON. They are looking for a Sungard Global plus Consultant. This is a 12 month contract position with a very strong possibility of extension. Project Various projects small enhancements Client portal CRM2 designing statement Interface with performance measurement systemDaily Responsibilities Using their Global Plus expertise to answer questions for the team and help them understand the program Interacting with the vendor (Sunguard) as required Assisting with UAT testing as required Ongoing facilitation of analysis of the new reports and extracts Conduct training sessions for Global Plus within the bank Interacting with vendors internal users the T& O business PMs BAs etc.Must Have Skills Minimum 5 years working with Global Plus functions Experience dealing with SunGard resources Experience defining new reports and extracts on Global Plus Experience defining detailed requirements for statements and other key Global Plus functions including free receives delivers corporate actions entitlements purchases sales fees Knowledge of applying Canadian regulatory matters to Global Plus Experience testing Global Plus functions Deep knowledge of Global Plus processingNice to Have Skills Knowledge of wealth management Vision programming (language of Global Plus) Training experience (helping others to learn Global Plus)Attributes Strong Communication Skills Flexibility Patience Willing to train Open to sharing information Self-starter Problem solver Conflict resolution skills Clear and concise Please note that this is the most up to date version of job description available at this time During Client Interview you will receive additional information variance may apply When you have some time please register in our database (5 minute process) to be considered for future openings the link is available on our website at www.teamrecruiter.com in the Candidate section.
