Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTION Administer all facets of payroll accounts payable receivable process purchase orders daily deposits and cash reports journal entries and bank reconciliations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handles all inquiries from vendors clients and employees Audits employee expenses to ensure compliance with corporate policy before paying Coordinates approval process of accounts payable invoices Reconciles balance sheet accounts Performs month-end standard journal entries Reviews balance sheet and income statement accounts Budget Preparation Produces required reports financial statements for review by management Auditing for compliance Trains other staff Attends staff meetings Meets with management and presents financials Prepares and analyzes projections SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Demonstrates organizational skills and meets all deadlines with all paperwork Proficient computer skills Ability to adapt to learn new software products Ability to work independently and use good time management to handle a variety of duties Ability to be attentive to detail Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles Advanced analytical knowledge of financial statements Advanced knowledge of business tax returns Strong communication skills 10. Ability to solve problems and report changes made to lead 11. Capability of creating budgets ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Possess Act 33 and 34 Clearances Have a valid Pennsylvania motor vehicle license and access to a personal vehicle Proficient with Excel Outlook and other Microsoft Office products Ability to work independently Full time position requiring 38.75 hours per week QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or related field and 5-10 years experience required. CPA preferred.
