Large covered deck and porch with handicapped access ramp. There is a shed the park lets renters use. Monthly rent is 340 going to 355 monthly starting Jan. 2019. Rent includes water sewer weekly garbage pickup. Electric runs about 75 month this time of year less in summer.Garden area and level gravelled driveway with parking for 2 cars.I want to do a straight-up trade for a newer 24 to 32 RV. Must be in good condition good rubber have clean title and be moved by you to an rv park specified. Transaction will go through escrow with title company and I and you will split those closing costs and the 55 fee to transfer title to mobile to you. I will pay the cost for title registration on the RV.NOTE In order to move into the MH park a background check is required. You have to fill out an application have verifiable references no criminal history ok credit no evictions within 2 years and sufficient income. The fee is 20 person who will live in the MH. Also only 1 dog under 35 pounds and 1 spayed neutered cat indoors.
