Car accident on Northbound 28thPearl on Easter

Looking for a witness to a car accident on Easter Sunday 4 05 at about 3 30pm on northbound 28th near the Pearl intersection. A black Toyota Highlander approx. year 2005 hit a beige VW Passat. The driver of the Toyota stopped but then fled the scene. The plates on the Toyoyta Highlander are New Jersey license plates the driver was a caucasian male approx 5 11 brown hair thin build and had tatoos on his right arm. If you know this person or this vehicle please contact Boulder police. Any information is appreciated.
