(St.rose parkway and Bermuda- southwest area) Hello We are a small family (both husband and I 30 and 31 years old with a 2 year old boy and 12 year old shihtzu dog) looking for a female to rent out one of our bedrooms downstairs in our 2 story home. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. One important thing to know is that I am a hairstylist who works part time at home (2 days a week) and would require to use your bathroom for shampooing my clients with my portable shampoo bowl. When this is done you would have notice and I don t work all day. Other than that you would have access to the washer and dryer your own refrigerator separated from ours light house cleaning services every two weeks and utilities are included. If you need to cook that is upstairs where we would need to share. We are a very welcoming family and would respect your privacy. We are looking for someone who has secure employment responsible moderately clean and doesn t mind living with a family. We would require first and last month s deposit. Ready for immediate move in.
