Head Chef
Position Head Chef Reports to Store Owner - Mary s Marvelous East Hampton & Amagansett NY Overview Responsible for all food production in two retail locations in East Hampton and Amagansett NY. Consistently maintains the existing menu items in both stores and provides input and ideas for new menu items. Maintains and monitors food and labor budgets for both locations. Provides coaching and training for kitchen staff in both locations and takes corrective action with marginal performers and or disciplinary situations when necessary. Responsible for the ordering and receiving process at both locations. Manages the catering special order process and fulfillment for the business.
