The Blowzone is seeking a high-energy outgoing and personable Salon Coordinator to oversee daily salon operations. As the leader of a team of up to 10 employees you will be responsible for multiple functions including but not limited to Front Desk and Floor Operations Driving Sales Customer Service Satisfaction Resolution of Client Issues Inventory Social Marketing and opening closing Keyholder responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service organizational and leadership skills. Experience in sales or customer service familiarity with POS systems and computers knowledge of social media outlets (Facebook Instagram Twitter) and excellent communication and administrative skills are a must. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers. Achieve sales goals by motivating team members to increase service and retail sales. Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun fast paced environment. This position includes some weekend holidays hours and requires flexible hours.
