ActivStyle is a growing medical supply company located in NE Minneapolis. We are currently hiring a customer service product specialist in our Direct Marketing Services department. Provide caring and friendly service to all potential patients contacting us for service via telephone. Actively listen to customer s to help them identify all of the products we offer to meet their needs. Perform a thorough qualifying process with each potential patient to include running and understanding their Insurance Verification Identifying qualifying diagnosis and gathering physician information. Continued follow up with patients that are qualified through delivery of their first order. This position spends 75% or more time on the phone and includes receiving inbound calls and performing outbound return calls to patients. Excellent phone skills required Good written and verbal communication skills Team player with a positive attitude Basic computer skills required High School Diploma or equivalent with previous Call Center Customer Service experience required. Healthcare and Insurance background preferred but not required.
