HOUSEKEEPING WORKER It s an opportunity to work with a sense of purpose that will renew your passion very day. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Efficiently and effectively cleans assigned areas rooms bathrooms and other common areas including all horizontal surfaces doors windows floors fixtures etc. Efficiently and effectively responds to and cleans up emergency spills or biomedical waste following established protocols. Recognizes exposure potential. Utilizes floor cleaning equipment safely and per policy and procedure and floor care schedules. Uses yellow caution cones to mark work areas. Follows safe application and use when handling electric or power driven equipment. Skills Knowledge and Abilities Required Floor cleaning equipment. Housekeeping chemicals. General equipment brooms mops carts etc. Clear written and verbal communications. Excellent attention to detail. Works well in a team environment. Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma preferred or one or more years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
