Bedroom 13ft x 8ft 200.00 a month plus 1 2 the internet electricity and water bills.This is a 2 bedroom trailer and we can share in bills and cleaning. I am also working on improving the place as well. It has a nice porch and nice deck on back. The inside living is being remodeled but okI am 57 white male smoker but do not smoke in the house all the time. I like to have a beer after work but do not need to be a drunkard. I work day time and work on the internet for some nights and some mornings. I am about to build a factory manufacturing LED Signs and selling LED Lighting and Solar products.I just moved back to America on the 17th of December I been living in China for the last 5 years. I am interested in a roommate that can also be a friend and interested in kind of the same kind of life I just do not like talking to the walls. If you feel like we might be kind of on the same page we can talk and see if we would be good roommates together
