Section 8 Help Please

My name is Melissa its july 7th 2015 I am here in utter dispare praying to god someone will hear my story and give my kids and I a chance at having a better life. I am a single mother of two beautiful children. my son who is 8 years old and has ADHD severe anxiety and a daughter whos 4 years old. I love them more than life and they deserve only the best I have struggled and been on the waiting list for housing for the past 8 years and have been anticipating the day that I received section 8. I received my voucher a little over two months ago and have been searching non-stop since that day with one excuse after another on why i cant rent there. I have called Idaho Housing Authority Colorado Washington D.C two hud counselors and 300 people in my area MOST OF THEM don t take section 8 and if they do there is a 6 month to 3 year waiting list or my credit score is to low or the houseing voucher is not enough. I am willing to move any where. When i had my kids my priortys changed My son has been on SSI since he was 3 months old for severe asthma and being on a breathing machine When i was pregnant with my daughter my son and I stayed from motel to motel. I had no phone or no permanent address where I could be reached. SSI was trying to get in touch with me but I had no idea. I finaly found some where to move a week before my delivery I called to let them know I had found a place and would be moving in the day after i had her. At that time they informed me that I needed to have my son at a doctors appointment on the same day i was having a C-section i told him i could not reschedule a Csuction he was madd he said he tryed to get a hold of me 3 times and did not care. i did not make it then two months later my sons SSI checks stopped and i did not know what to do so i had to sell my car to get the rent money because i did not want to be homeless again but i was 30 min late getting it to the lawyer so a with an eviction now on my record. No car no income i struggled my butt off agin with no help from the father of my children they are not in our lives and offer no help. I am currently enrolled to go to Mira Costa College and have been working very diligently for the last year getting my Ged while taking classes in macromedia fireworks and dream weaver on how to build web pages. My son has been approved for disability and we have one doctors appointment to take him to tomorrow . My short term goals are to finish my Ged then I can go to Mira Costa College on a grant and be able to support my family with an education behind me. My long term goal is for my son and daughter to have a place to call home and an education so that I can take care of them on my own. I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE I HAVE BEEN SERCHING FOR TWO MONTHS My voucher is up on Aug 12th Im currently homeless but staying with my parents in a one bedroom with six of us.
