Well established car dealer seeking an experienced Dmv biller and Title clerk. must have experience with NYS DMV paperwork JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare paperwork for the titling of used and wholesale transactions Ensures retail transactions are processed in a timely manner Prepares tax and title documents Verify the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale Prepare and submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles (DMV) Provide additional administrative support as needed Keep current with applicable laws Applies for duplicate titles when needed Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience Checks all paperwork for correct tittle lien information taxes etc. Prepare and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets Follow up on all payoffs to ensure a quick return of titles and lien releases Weekly Salary Closed Sunday s FOR MORE INFO CALL 917-335-9920
