Duration 6 month renewable contract Location D Toronto Project 2 Executive Level managers are building a business case and require a consultant who can build strategy decks and write business cases. Must have s 1) Strong writing skills 2) Advanced PowerPoint skills 3) Critical thinking skills Nice to have s 1) Experience understanding of AML 2) MBA 3) Consulting background Manager Notes - The candidate will be writing selling the story and requires strong writing skills - please provide writing samples in a business context. - Strong ability to crunch understand numbers - Good facilitation presentation skills - Ability to research specific topics within AML - Strong critical thinking skills - Proficient in Excel and Word - Experience writing business cases and pitching an idea would be ideal Summary Responsible for supporting a 6 month strategic planning and business case process for AML. This role will focus on the development of strategic planning and workshop materials as well as the collection and development the pitch and materials for the enterprise wide business case. Education Experience a business degree or undergrad and MBA. 5 to 7 years related experience in consulting financial services or AML. Skills and Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Strong relationship management and critical thinking skills. Ability to resolve minor conflicts issues using different tactics for prior to escalation. Knowledge of cost benefit analysis risk assessment strategic planning methodologies as well as development of business cases sales pitches . Ability to work independently. Organized with strong time management. Teamwork and Cooperation. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities Work on a team leading a 6 month process with stakeholders from across the enterprise to build a comprehensive business case for AML in F16. The business case will be presented to senior management forums and the board in the Fall. This individual will build the materials ( in Word PowerPoint) to tell the story of AML and will help gather input from the stakeholders across the bank.
