LaPlata MD I have a 1 800 sq ft 3 bdroom 1 bath all 1 level no steps from door to vehicle VERY NICE APARTMENT in a quiet desired neighborhood. The apt is spacious modern freshly painted carpets cleaned and ready for occupancy now. If you want a private apt that s not in an apt condo building but would like others close by enough to feel safe or there to help in case of emergency. Would like all the maintenance inside and out done for you without HOA fees no property tax spiking utilities or cable bills to worry about. If a morally conscious homeowner that cares about tenants sounds nice. Prefer to have your home be in a mature well manicured upscale quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a 5 min.s drive to newer shopping stores...then here it is. My entire residence is very large. The apt is the entire ground floor level with a private patio double french door entrance under the deck. Parking is right beside the patio with no step to the vehicle. The homes on my street have an acre of land each. All owners have their yards serviced by MRW and keep them very nicely manicured. It is in a sense a one level home at 1 800 sq ft. It has everything you need and everything is included in the price of 1 700.00. IMPORTANT I do stay out of my tenants business and respect their privacy in their private apt. I simply ask for honorably considerate and moral conduct... no smoking (at all) no pets no drinking no loud atmosphere (people or vehicles) no bad language please understand the issues to be avoided when referring to no guests - I m specific to not having other people continually hanging out coming and going spending the night using the apt s washer dryer & bath shower or being on the premises when the tenant is not. I live upstairs in my residence and I would like to feel comfortable about who is in my home and the respectable activity within. I ask for mutual consideration respect and mature conduct values to be honored by all. I ve rented my apt since moving here in 1992. I am very selective solely on making rent on time respecting my home and honoring the conduct described. I tend to have fantastic tenants I ask for an initial 1 year Lease after which I go month to month for flexibility for everyone. If a year is not up before leaving then I keep the security deposit prorated based on the length of stay. That situation has only occurred twice in 23 years of renting when tenants had their own personal domestic disputes disturb my residence and I had to have them move out. Generally people like the space and stay an average of 5 to 7 years. Most have moved due to a home purchase. Upon moving unless there is a major fix needed I have given Sec. Dept s back in full and all relationships have left with great respect for each other For any wheelchairs the bathroom MAY need some adjusting. If needed I m open to make those changes just not able to put out the cost and it MAY be accessible as it is. The place will not disappoint. If you are interested please contact me.
