Maintenance Technician

VTT Management Inc. is looking for an experienced hard working maintenance technician who can help fulfill our turnaround mission. We ve spent over 5 million to date on capital improvements We are currently in lease up mode so there is much to be done and plenty of tools resources and support to ensure work can be completed efficiently. Ideal candidate will have strong work ethic and working knowledge and experience with plumbing and electrical systems. HVAC certification is a plus. We need a team player who will perform efficiently communicate with other team members and residents in a courteous manner to ensure a positive environment and elevate customer satisfaction.
