This is the old King Heating and Air Building and it contains a lot of old hardwood and pine in its construction that can be reclaimed or the building can be moved to a new location. It also includes the 3 old fuel pumps located in the back they used to be attached to an above ground tank but that has been removed. It is believed that there is some sort of tank underground not associated with the pumps but the city will mark that off prior to the removal of the building to avoid any potential issue with ground contamination. The tank will remain on site. The Square footage is unknown but the building is approximately 195 by 48 .This auction is for the building and its contents only and the terms of this auction include the requirement that the winning bidder remove the building and its foundation completely making it so the property just has to be mowed by the city. Any holes left from the removal of the foundation will need to be filled and graded by the winning bidder. Inspections are strongly recommended.
