Our client is well-established in the printing and consulting industry. They are looking for a Scanning Clerk and Scanning prep clerk in Surrey BC to work on a long term assignment. Document scanning clerk Produce digital copies of documents for retention purposes. Scan all documents accurately and in a timely manner Manning the scanner needs to make any adjustments necessary for clean scans. Organizing scanned documents on various local network and cloud storage devices. Must have working with Kofax capture and Kodak scanners Utilizing archiving software to ensure all documents are stored in the manner as specified by the client Some knowledge of digital printing equipment Other duties as assigned Two shifts are available 7.00AM to 2 30PM and 2 30 PM to 10 00PM.
