My Well established client IT consulting sector is looking for - Change Management Lead (System Integration Training Execution) Location Montreal Canada Duration 6 months contract with possible extension Role As part of a major System Integration project lead the change management and communication effort working closely with the project management office and the various functional and technical workstreams as well as the client team. Deliverables include - Impact analysis - Stakeholder analysis - Change management approach and Strategy - Training approach and strategy - Communication plan - Training plan Basic Qualifications Bachelor s Degree required Minimum 5 years of change management planning and execution experience in the areas of o Communications o Training o Business readiness and adoption measurement o Stakeholder engagement Minimum 2 years Training Execution experience Minimum 1 Adoption Measurement Professional Skill Requirements Proven ability to build manage and foster a team-oriented environment Excellent leadership communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership and management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience managing a virtual team Large-scale and or global project experience Change management in the context of major system implementation including multisite deployment and unionized environment. Project will be conducted in English but French speaking is a plus.
