12.50 an hour 3 days a week Saturday-MondayThe Coach provides leadership and day-to-day direction supervision to temporary workers throughout their Assignment and shall have the following responsibilities Meeting greeting and ensuring temporary workers arrive at the Location check-in check-out with security. Monitoring temporary worker no call no show and partners with the Supplier office to ensure additional temporary workers are called to the Location as requested by the Facility. Welcoming new temporary workers. Conducting on-site orientation with each new temporary worker. Ensuring the Safety Quiz and any other required documentation is completed by each new temporary employee and turned into the appropriate Facility representatives before 1st break of the day. Training new temporary workers on timekeeping processes in addition to ensuring the temporary worker clocks in and out in a timely manner. Training new temporary workers on their assignment. Providing additional Assignment instruction if needed. Leading start of shift meeting leading stretching activity providing needed updates communicating priorities for the day. Monitoring temporary workers performance during shift ensuring the team is productive quality of work is maintained and safety practices are performed. Mentoring temporary workers and correcting improper work methods. Acting as a liaison between temporary workers and our client Exclusive responsibility for controlling and directing the day-to-day work of the temporary workers. Ensuring that safety incidents are reported to Facility representatives for OSHA tracking.
