Wanted 1 awesome person to share an older 3 bedroom home with 2 other also awesome people. 350 a month plus utilities (and deposit) There is nothing fancy here about material things but man does our quality of life rock out here The home is located on the western edge of Butte and the view is awesome There is a large deck lots of yard and lots of peace and quiet. It s sort of like living in the country while still being in town. The room has a bed in it and a built-in dresser. This place is 420 friendly but it is NOT a place for someone who uses hard drugs or drinks frequently or to excess. . We are seeking for a roommate who is at least semi-socialable clean (within reason anyhow) has good personal hygeine (no smelly people) has at least a bit of a sense of humor (that REALLY helps around here) and contirbutes to the running of the home (general housework and help with the yardwork). Hopefully we will find someone who is seeking long term affordable living. What we lack in fanciness we make up for in the quality of life. Out here we have a garden and room to breathe with no neighbors on the other side of our wall. You can sit out on the deck (o watch from the window) and watch the birds come sing for us. This place is a constant work in motion and if what you seek is a real home come help turn it into whatever we want it to be.
