Each side is totally independent from the other. Shaded patio. The side that is available for Dec and January has a King size bed in the master bedroom. Queen in the 2nd bedroom. All bedding and linens included. Park in front of the door. Comcast Cable WiFi and all utilities included. Fully equipped kitchen Brand new Sundeck 1 flight up in the backyard. Covered patio. The attached photos show the furnishings in the available unit. There s a shed in the backyard for storage and also there are beach chairs for your use. Hose on the side of the house to wash of sandy feet. 2600 for the month of December 2015 2800 for the month of January 2016. 100 final cleaning fee 100 refundable security deposit.
