My client is a well-established printing and consulting organization located in Montreal QC. They are looking for a Business Support Administrator (inventory exp) Length 5 months contract with a possibility of extension Job Description As a part of the Equipment Delivery Organization the incumbent will be responsible for the facilitation co-ordination and administration of customer orders from once an order is input through financial install. The position posted herein will be aligned to Western Canada and the incumbent will be required to support the respective geographical work hours accordingly. This assignment is critical to the achievement of the customer satisfaction targets and financial performance objectives of the company and all the Market Centres supported. The successful candidate will be required to maintain target levels of inventory while satisfying customer requirements and level of service targets. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Co-ordinate equipment deliveries with riggers (scheduling and tentative preparation) includes problem resolution and escalating issues through the appropriate channels for timely resolution Daily interface with external customers US clients Warehouse Sales Analysts Admin Riggers and others in the Customer Delivery value stream to ensure level of service targets are being met exceeded Receive and manage equipment inventory including asset optimization Effective management of Install and Removal backlogs including completion of fault free installs and removals Monitor monthly activity of NSOs and ensure stocking levels are adequate Ensure physical inventory and IMS are aligned and or reconciled i.e. shipping receiving equipment updates status changes etc. Clear outstanding inventory issues (SNI returned not cancelled error registers cancelled re-installable etc.) Timely response to submitted requests i.e. personal shared mailbox requests. Take ownership and retain until completion Actively seek out opportunities to work more efficiently and effectively to accelerate escalate and sustain results SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS University Degree or equivalent business experience Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a sense of urgency Excellent organization skills and keen attention to detail Fast learner with the ability to retain & apply knowledge Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in high pressure situations Computer Keyboard skills with a comfortable knowledge of Windows and related applications Work experience relating to the Order Through Install process Strong interpersonal skills Effective communication skills Previous Logistics Administration or Customer Service experience an asset Strong organization and problem solving skills Computer systems literacy knowledge a requirement (Excel IMS Focus TSO) Demonstrated self-motivation ability to work independently and as part of a high performance work group Please note that this is the most up to date version of job description available at this time During Client Interview you will receive additional information variance may apply When you have some time please register in our database (5 minute process) to be considered for future openings the link is available on our website at www.teamrecruiter.com in the Candidate section.
