2MD 2 OD ophthalmic and optometric practice with optical is searching for a Practice manager to lead our team to provide outstanding customer service in an efficient manner. We are looking for a strong leader to hire and coach staff develop a supportive environment for the providers and manage daily office activities. Candidate will be responsible for all business operations including clinic flow patient care and satisfaction billing budgeting retail optical business hiring mentoring and training staff etc.. Candidate will report to the Managing Partners Owners to collaborate on and implement practice enhancements. Our ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor s degree have at least 3 years managerial experience in a medical practice (optical optometry or ophthalmology preferred) successful results as a manager possess excellent written and verbal communications strong belief in providing exceptional customer service and patient care ability to multi-task and work with a variety of personalities while maintaining the vision of our practice.
