Qualifications needed Must be at least 18 years old Have strong work ethic Good Communication Skills < > Ability to work within a team Instill Safety Procedures. Set and PROMOTE Professional image. Be at work ONTIME Also MUST be able to work at a STEADY PACE in the heat cold for extended periods of time and be motivated to do quality work. Maintain client satisfaction and retention manage daily route maintain equipment and ensuring all work is done to standards set by the company. Have reliable transportation Must have driver s license and be able to drive in order to help transport crews equipment and supplies to complete daily tasks.
