This is a large one room dwelling with kitchen sink cabinets and modern bathroom. It has a large front patio. It is private fenced and gated on 21 acres. No one to the east or north of property. Located one mile west of I-5. No pets please don t ask. I have dog chickens cattle calves and coyotes. (well the coyotes are not really mine they are just around here ......frequently)This is a nice quiet peaceful place. It is 2 miles to Walmart one mile to Holiday Market ten miles to Home-Depot. I do have two rentals to choose from.The two units are next to each other and connected. One of these units has carport. You must show proof of income. No couples or children. Units are too small for more than one person Elderly preferred we can help each other. Laundry electric water all free Looking for long term renters No smoking in any buildings.Clean private location no pets prefer retired person but not mandatory You must show proof of income. One has carport the other does not. Some months you may be able to work off part of your rent on the ranch such as a caretaker would do. You can grow your own crops. Corn beans Tomatoes etc. This home is located one mile west of I-5 off of Gaspoint road. Both units have nice large patio. Both have shared laundry room washer only no dryer.Rent is 650 per month. Deposit is 650. 1 300 moves you in Electric Water is included with rent payment. Landlord may install Dish TV for both units after consultation with renters.
