I also focus on maintaining normalcy in the home by participating and planning in social activities. I am motivated and task oriented and my knowledge of In Home Care is comprehensive and current. I am a compassionate Caregiver with demonstrated hands on skills and well experienced in day-to-day living activities and long or short term care needs of individuals with age related issues. I am well experienced with psychological disorders mobility issues changes in life various disabilities and depressed due to declining physical abilities and loss of independence. I have great patience and consideration for age and disability and I am committed to providing quality care. I am First Aid and CPR trained and administers and monitors medication or reminders. I assist with hygiene bed bath or shower assistance dressing and feeding as well as cooking baking light housekeeping maintains sanitary conditions and mild exercise to keep a healthy body mind and spirit. I assist with in home Hospice care and Palliative care for people with chronic or serious illness. I interact with family members to keep them apprised of their loved one s condition anything that keeps the client busy and enjoying life. My focus is on the individual not illness and my dedication is to help others live better lives.
