They are largest Hispanic-Owned Supermarket Chain in Palm Beach County. We have a very well-known organization system where we are able to maximize exponentially our already given Natural Market Our Wanted Agent will need to follow up diligently on all warm referrals and help continue leveraging the amazing brand we already have among our Hispanic Community. The insurance agent will be in charge of generating new business by contacting potential customers and already established book of business. Agent will sell solicit differentiate and negotiate insurance plans such as Health Insurance ON OFF the Market Medicare Disability Life & Supplemental Insurance as well as Group Health & Core Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty Customer Service. It will be the Agent s Responsibility to fact-find and match their needs of the assigned or prospective customers portfolio. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships to ensure growth attainment and increase our firm s branding and book of business. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance Programs already offered in our Firm all throughout the 6 Bodegones Locations and other influential Hispanic Community Centers. Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking warm calling to already established customers and strategic alliances using referrals etc. Evaluate business or individual customers needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles Report the progress of monthly quarterly initiatives to Policy Holders- Maintain bookkeeping systems data-base and records Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction and Fulfill all policy requirements REQUIREMENTS Proven working experience as an Insurance agent or relevant experience Familiarity with all types of insurance programs already mentioned above.
