Part time Preschool Teacher Position This is a Christian based Preschool Program wanting the right person to join our team We can offer at this time 25 hours per week. Interested candidates must be professional responsible warm and caring individuals who desire to educate young children. The candidate will support other staff in educating supervising and meeting all of the basic needs of preschool age children. Interviews are being held next week. Candidates must Have experience working with children and a certificate in early childhood education (CDA) or currently working towards the completion of one. Be willing to submit to various background checks. Be CPR First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogen certified or willing to obtain certification at own expense upon being hired Complete a Tuberculosis test and physical and provide a physician s documentation of both Be service orientated and professional be punctual and have minimal absences. Be able to work with others. Have dependable transportation Candidate will Help facilitate daily lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate for preschool children Engage children in activities and play that stimulates their development Appropriately supervise children while keeping them safe at all times Help maintain a clean organized and safe work environment Interact with parents and speak positively with them about their child Attend and engage in occasional parent participation events other than regular class time Maintain a professional self-image and project Christian values at all times Have good written and verbal language skills Must be energetic friendly and outgoing . Must be willing to take 16 training hours each year for license compliance Compensation 25 hours per week 9.00 - 10.25 per hour depends on experience and education Principals only.
