Caregiver in exchange for private room

Looking for providing companionship and non medical care for elderly lady who may need oversight with medication may need driving for errands or have meals prepared and generally having someone around all the time. I am a 60 years old educated female with great empathy and understanding for the issues associated with advanced age. I can ensure that the elderly person can stay safely in her own home. I would like to have a private room with privileges for bathroom and kitchen use in exchange for my services. Hopefully we can find a synergistic opportunity.
