We are a fast growing well-established finance company that has been in the finance industry for over 10 years. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM TEAM MEMBER LOOKING TO GROW WITH OUR COMPANY We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Managers in the Brooklyn area. This motivated team member will act much like a Mayor Supervisor & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ a long-term employee with strong ethics & integrity as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager s experience including a generous bonus program. REQUIREMENTS Customer Service Computer skills is preferred. Candidates must pass a background. Work hours are a normal weekday presence (except as needed for appointments and emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Responsibilities include but not limited to Establishing and managing operations and communication between existing clients.Maintaining constant friendly contact to retain client loyalty. Working in accordance with instructions and guidelines of the immediate supervising manager and reporting back in a clear and descriptive manner. Working with mail and business correspondence. Handling previously established networks between existing clients. Receiving reviewing organizing scanning and sending documents by mail email or fax.
