We are a fast growing company looking for a professional self-motivated individual to fill the role of Regional Manager based out of our Head Office location in Edmonton Alberta. Responsibilities Aligns with company strategy goals and culture to ensure that targets established for sales profit and guest experience are met Develop and maintain quality control systems in each location they oversee to enhance the Brewhouse culture Ensure locations are fully staffed with top performing staff and managers who are working together Ensures continual operational effectiveness Ensures high corporate standards for operations food quality and guest experience are met at all times. Maintains high levels of product and services quality through promotion of corporate standards Reviews guest satisfaction indicators develops strategies to improve satisfaction monitors execution to ensure that satisfaction strategies are being implemented properly Coaches develops and promotes a development culture in all locations ensuring training and development goals are being set and met Qualifications and competencies 1-2 years of General Management experience required Past Service Industry expereience required Enthusiastic outgoing and positive attitude Ability to motivate and empower staff Organization and multi-tasking skills Ability to work as a team and with minimal supervision Willing to take initiative Thrive in a fast-paced environment Proven leadership and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Highly driven with an excellent work ethic Communication skills Read write and speak English Willing to travel frequently
