Resident Advisor KinnCentrix is a Spiritual Holistic health and wellness housing program. We strive to empower people to live more peaceful lives through healthier daily life skills. We are hiring Resident Advisors to work in our Housing program in the West Chester area. Shifts available are afternoon evenings and overnight shifts week days and weekends. An applicant must have a valid driver s license and a clean criminal driving record. Positions are F T P T. Email resume to infokinn(at)kinnamon.com Job Responsibilities Monitor residents physical and emotional well-being and report unusual behavior or physical ailments to medical staff. Observe and influence residents behavior communicating and interacting with them. Develop or support strategies to promote resident wellness and independence. Maintain records in accordance with specified procedures and document via an electronic records program. Qualifications Valid Driver s License Credible References CPR Certified (or the ability to obtain) Minimum of 12 College Credits and 2 years of Higher Education preferred experience in the Behavioral Health Recovery field. 1 years of verifiable experience Some computer experience Must successfully pass drug test background checks
