Full-time Part-time Bookkeeping & Shipping Specialist 3-4 days a week onsite during our regular office hours Looking for a detailed oriented self managed bookkeeping & shipping specialist to work 20 - 30 hours a week at our Victor NY offices. Flexible schedule will be worked up upon starting. Location Office in Victor NY Duties Entering daily expenses journal entries invoices bank reconciliations and other data entry in QuickBooks Online Provide email quotes to potential customers when requested Work with global partners on invoices and payments due Prepare package and ship products to customers (light duty) Work with international customs when shipping questions arise Work with financial accountant when questions taxes fees arise Greeting others on the phone or in person Providing general office support Providing project assistance if needed. Attend and assist during office outings and marketing events (1-3 a year) Qualifications 2 or 4 year degree (or 5 years of directly relevant experience) Strong experience working with QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online a must Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google Docs equivalent) Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal and communication skills SalesForce experience a plus Must be legally eligible to work in the US Interested candidates should email a resume and cover letter to careers(at)truepathtechnologies.com
