Immediate Opening 20-35 hours per week. Starting wage 14 per hour (except for drive time). We are looking for a trust worthy person with good leadership skills organizational skills and some previous experience in janitorial strip & wax tile & grout cleaning carpet cleaning and pressure washing. (you don t have to have experience in all of these areas)Qualifications Must live within 20 minutes of South Everett Mukilteo Area Able to work on-call odd hours and weekends (not every weekend) Good Leadership Skills Must have reliable transportation (own a good running vehicle to get to work not to use on jobs) Valid WSDL & Good Driving Record (no DUI or reckless) No prior felonies Previous Experience (strip & wax carpet cleaning tile & grout cleaning pressure washing etc.) Good Previous Job History (minimum 1-2 years on the job with other companies) Able to lift equipment in and out of vans and up and down stairs Good People Skills Able to work in a team atmosphere Able & willing to fill out paperwork on every job Reliable and Punctual Good Organizational Skills Good Eye for Detail Take Pride in Your Work Friendly to All (Customers Employees and Admin Staff ) Safety Conscious type Person Please email resumes to link above this ad or send to email link above or fax resumes to (425) 493-8578.
