Any sf writers looking for collaboration

I live in Halifax Nova Scotia Canada. I want to collaborate with a writer on an idea that I have. I can sort of write but not well. The idea is for a science fiction novel on a grand scale. I am doing this in the hopes of finding someone with the talent but lacking an idea. I have the idea but lack the talent somewhat. Write me if this fits your description.
