One of our reputed Major Banking Client is looking for IT Security Program Manager (PMO PCI Regulatory Clarity Tool Exp.) Duration 12 Months with possible extension Location Scarborough ON. ( 10% of travel to Downtown Toronto for Manager meetings.) Job Description Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and management of ITS Security portfolio PMO operations and Teams therein. This role oversees relationships (internal and external) and liaises with other departments performing financial management. The team engages with all required functions to deliver ITS programs and projects. Job Requirements The job requires a strong manager with excellent coordination and prioritization skills client communication stakeholder and team management skills. Should have Procurement Management experience. Responsibilities Manage the delivery and or support of projects for ITS clients to meet business objectives goals Must have previous banking experience Working with Security engineering initiatives Logging and monitoring PCI initiatives Security applications implementation Use of Clarity Program Strong governance around triple constraints use and leverage of Details project plans Schedules presentations skills Charter RACI Support Participate in developing the strategic direction of the PMO Produce and manage departmental budgets Oversee effective financial management and reporting for PMO projects Comply with project management methodology (PMLC) as determined by e-PMO Conduct oversee Project planning with ITS Stakeholders prioritize new existing projects and allocate Project Management resources consistent with business strategy and objectives Ensure a close relationship is maintained with ITS sponsors AVPs VPs in order to keep informed of their business needs and direction Effect continuous improvement for processes and tools that impact the PMO Monitor project performance and act as a point of contact for escalations and other issues as required Creation of work breakdown structures Develop and manage a team of professional resources by recruiting training coaching and conducting performance assessment of team members Promote and support an environment that encourages productivity innovation teamwork and a high level of professionalism Provide leadership to attract retain high quality people including appropriate employee communication sound structure processes succession planning etc. MUST HAVES Proven business acumen strategic thinking business process development analytical and problem solving skills Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills Ability to present and meeting at the C level within the organization able to address sponsor and steering committee review boards Proven ability to deliver results in an environment where resources are shared across multiple competing groups Audit Deliver end to end audit portfolio Ability to translate the Audit requirements to business Technical requirement Understanding of regulatory governing bodies such as SOX Cobit Ability to strategically think to execute on a large program Manage portfolio level financials Present to Executive steering committee meeting VP level and above Expert knowledge of Bank and technology standards (e.g. infrastructure architecture processes applications) from a strategic perspective and managing directing teams and application support. Advanced and thorough understanding of businesses and or organizational practices disciplines.
