I am a 37 y o stay at home mom looking for part time (nights & weekends) work with elderly disabled in the home care setting. I have previously worked in a hospital setting as a CNA for geriatric patients as well as private in-home care. Experienced with advanced Alzheimer s dementia patients all ADL s lifts transfers fall risk incontinent care oral care bathing dressing rx management companionship. Will also complete meal preparation cleaning laundry errands pet care etc. Valid CO driver s license. Emergency Medical Technician.
